Royal Family News: Prince Andrew Refusing To Move Out Of Royal Lodge

You can try and kick him out, but that doesn’t mean he will actually leave. There’s a new report that says even though King Charles had reportedly evicted his brother Prince Andrew from the Royal Lodge, he’s refusing to leave.

That’s because he doesn’t envision himself living anywhere but the one place that he’s been living in since 2003. Here’s what you need to know.

Royal Family News: Prince Andrew Is Reportedly Refusing To Move Out From The Royal Lodge

According to a new report, Andrew is supposedly staying at the Royal Lodge for the remainder of his lease. As many royal fans probably already know, Andrew has been living in the home with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, despite the fact that they divorced nearly two decades ago.

The tipster put it this way, “He will not move to Frogmore without a fight. Royal Lodge is his home and he will do everything in his power to remain in the property.”

It’s been earlier suggested that King Charles had also evicted Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from Frogmore Cottage just so Andrew can move into their home instead.

That’s also because Prince William and Kate Middleton are supposedly eyeing the Royal Lodge as they think they’ve already outgrown their own home at Adelaide Cottage with their three children. But that’s not going to happen under Prince Andrew’s watch, apparently.

Royal Family News: What’s Next For Prince Andrew?

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “Andrew is bellicose and arrogant – and threatening he won’t abandon the 98-acre estate without a fight. He’s even talking about dragging His Highness into court and baring all the family’s dirty linen. Andrew insists he’s spent millions upgrading the Royal Lodge and is demanding reimbursement from the Crown if he’s evicted. But there’s no evidence he spent a penny on the property. Charles is not inclined to play his game.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter. Now, whether or not King Charles will manage to give Prince Andrew the boot from the Royal Lodge remains to be seen. We’ll update you with all of the latest details as they come in.
