British royal family news reveals that Prince Charles is the latest royal to snag a juicy headline possibly besmirching the monarchy. It has been alleged that the future king of England is involved in a, “cash for honors,” scandal according to the Daily Mail.
But today the prince appeared carefree as he wore a bright face mask and appeared at a royal event with his wife Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall. The couple were seen at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow to celebrate its 120th anniversary. The couple are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland.
Royal Family News – Prince Charles Is Getting Headlines
At the event the pair talked to other visitors and it is the first royal event for Charles since a shady claim about his dealings emerged. According to the Mail, “a former fixer who said the Royal was ‘100 per cent’ behind an offer to help Saudi tycoon Mahfouz Marei Mubarak bin Mahfouz get UK citizenship,” has raised eyebrows.
The claim is attached to William Bortrick who is described as a paid advisor to bin Mahfouz, who is said to be a major donor to Prince Charles’ charities. The allegation was made at a time when Charles’ former valet Michael Fawcett was made to step down as chief of the Prince’s Foundation.
The allegation is one of, “A string of claims about 58-year-old Mr Fawcett’s conduct while running the charity included the allegation he had offered to ‘support’ Dr bin Mahfouz in his efforts to secure both a knighthood and British citizenship.”

Royal Family News – Why Is Prince Charles In The News?
The new allegation about Charles’ came to light in letter from Bortrick to bin Mahfouz, who is said to have donated more than £1.5million to Charles’ various charities.
The letter was written in May 2014 and exposed by The Times this week. It said bin Mahfouz’s application for citizenship would apparently, “now take the highest priority. His Royal Highness supports these applications 100 per cent, as there is no greater example of contribution [than] yours, therefore this should be rewarded and recognised accordingly.”
The letter also seemed to suggest that bin Mahfouz would be able to meet Queen Elizabeth, “in the next few months,” and receive a knighthood prior to full House of Lords membership.
What does Prince Charles have to say about this letter? His spokesperson said, “The Prince of Wales has no knowledge of the alleged offer of honors or British citizenship on the basis of donation to his charities and fully supports the investigation now under way by The Prince’s Foundation.”
It should be noted that the outlet reported that there is no evidence that the letter was sent or that the contents were agreed to by Charles’s advisers.

I loved Princess Dianna and she was treated like garbage by Charles. I think u r right. Charles was jealous of her and that's why he treated her the way he did. I think it's because of her that the royal family became more popular again. If Charles becomes king that also means that he will be the head of the church of England. What a hypocrite!
