Royal Family News: Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Fighting Over South Park Parody – Royal Marriage Already In Trouble?

British Royal News says that they don’t find this to be funny at all. There’s a new report that suggests Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are so bothered by the way they were portrayed in the latest episode of South Park that they might actually be taking it out on each other at home. Here’s what you need to know.

According to The Spectator, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are so bothered by the episode that they’ve apparently been arguing about it behind the scenes. As many royal fans probably know by now, the writers behind the hit animation poked fun of Harry and Meghan’s need for privacy with a fictional prince and princess of Canada that certainly looked like them, dressed like them, and even acted like them. The animated royal couple travel the world demanding their privacy while also promoting their book about the prince’s life behind closed palace doors and his family. Before they make their move to south park, the fictional character – presumed to be just like the Duchess of Sussex – says, “If we moved here, people would think we’re really serious about wanting to be normal.”

At one point in the episode, Meghan’s character interrupts her husband and says, “It’s totally like you should write a book because your family is stupid and then so are like journalists.”

The prince then responds with, “I’m sure you agree darling, we can be the people we talked about being. What matters is what we have on the inside.”

And even though the episode came with a disclaimer noting that the characters are fictional even though they are based on real people, Harry and Meghan are still so upset about it that they just can’t get past the fact that they’ve been made fun of on a worldwide scale. So far Harry and Meghan themselves have not made any comments about the matter.
