Harry and his wife are expected to bunk at Frogmore Cottage, the home renovated for them and later rejected as not up to their standards. In lieu of living there, Harry is letting his cousin Eugenie and her family take his place. He and Meghan will not be staying at the castle with the queen.

The Jubilee is part of a bank holiday weekend which runs from Thursday to Sunday. It commemorates seven decades on the throne and the queen will attend the national Service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul’s Cathedral on Friday.

The royal runaways are expected to be seen at a couple of events, but not allowed to stand with the real royals on the palace balcony.

Britons are predicted to spend £3 billion over the Jubilee weekend, with an estimated 16,000 street parties to be held across England. The royals are allegedly cautious about the queen’s generosity toward the trash talking pair: “Meghan has not seen most of them since she acrimoniously quit as a working royal two years ago, while Harry has only briefly seen his grandmother, father and brother. There is also still a great deal of hurt over the couple’s repeated attacks on the family.”
