Royal Family News: Prince Harry Praises Viral Social Media Videos After Slamming Users

Harry British royal family news shows that William and Kate are now dominating the headlines while on a royal tour of the Caribbean. Harry is no longer a working nor senior royal, but today he praised a charity which has made videos showing one can stay safe from, “unexploded ordnance.” The group is the Halo Trust in Ukraine and a reported 17 million Ukrainians have watched the videos.

Royal Family News – A Trust Is Educating Ukrainians

Today it was publicized that Prince Harry had a video call, “with two women who have made the decision to stay in Ukraine with the Halo Trust which has been clearing military ordinance in the eastern European country since 2016.”

William and Harry’s mother, the late Princess Diana, was also publicized by the Halo Trust when they did work in Angola, during the 1990s. Royals are supposed to stay out of politics, but she and Harry both have waded into the waters more thaN once.

Royal Family News – Harry Is A Hypocrite?

Harry can be seen in a clip posted to Halo Trust’s Twitter today. He met virtually with Olesia, Halo’s communications manager in Ukraine, and Maryna one of the charity’s officers. Harry was heard to say, “Perhaps you can tell people the work you guys have been doing on social media.” Never mind that Harry and Meghan have described social media users as addicts and vowed to cleanse the internet–today he was eager to celebrate social media.

He added, “My understanding is that the social posts you’ve been doing about unexploded ordnance and the videos have been seen by over 17 million Ukrainian is that right?”

Prince Harry Is Now Praising Social Media

Olesia then said, “Yes we aim to spread it right across the country so that every Ukrainian can see that this item is hazardous. Seeing the number of people that saw this and our campaign, it inspires us to keep working and inform people.”

Maryna noted, “Yeah, that’s really, really important because right now we see the use of cluster munitions and open mines so we needed to inform people how to recognize explosive devices, and even just some parts of those so that adults and children, they can say stay safe.”

According to reports, Halo has 8,500 staff in 25 countries and has provided resources to medical authorities in Zimbabwe, Somalia, Libya, Afghanistan and Guinea-Bissau.
