British royal family news reveals the shocker that Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex is “heartbroken” over his estrangement from the family he eagerly left behind in the United Kingdom to pursue a life of luxury and ease in the US.

One year after Harry denounced the royal family with his infamous Megxit declaration, a close friend has claimed that it has been a “painful” year for Harry. According to Tom Bradby there are hurt feelings on all sides.

Bradby is probably better known as the ITV journalist behind the infamous 2019 documentary in which Harry’s wife Meghan Markle whined that no one had asked her how she was doing while she was in Africa looking into its deplorable living conditions.

Bradby has known Harry since he was a teen and he talked about Harry with Alan Titchmarsh for another ITV program. According to Harry’s friend, he is not missing his old life whatsoever. But apparently he is pained; so which is it?

Bradby added that Megxit exacted a toll on everyone involved. ‘I think they are feeling better, yes. I mean there has been a huge amount that has happened over the last year that I can’t talk about and I don’t want to talk about and an awful lot of what has been said is kind of not accurate and not right.”

“So are they unhappy? No, I think they are content, the things they are doing they are quite excited by.”

Bradby went on to say, “I think he is heartbroken by the situation with his family, you don’t necessarily need to have knowledge to know that, but I think it is true.”

If that is the case Harry has no one to blame but himself. He, not his family, announced to the world that life at the palace was so miserable the Markle’s had no choice but to flee to the US, calling aides “vipers” and freely admitting to wanting “financial freedom” more than his family.

About Harry and William, both of whom he has interviewed Bradby said, “The situation with the family clearly isn’t ideal and it has been a very difficult year for them all.”

“To some extent, I felt a little bit caught in the middle of them with that [2019] documentary, which is a deeply uncomfortable place to be. And that is, in a way, why I am always reluctant to say anything more because I don’t want to make anything worse or get in between anything or anything like that … but I think they wrestle with their position in life.”
