British royal family news reveals that Prince Harry’s trashy tome about his life drops January 9 and we have all the juicy bits for you to chew on. The memoir includes all the usual venom against his family but he also discloses some rather personal as well as tactical info that has some fearing he has put a political target on his back.

Royal Family News – Harry’s Paternity

Harry accuses his father King Charles of joking about his paternity. Harry explained that his father, “liked telling stories,” and recalls then Prince Charles joking about his Diana’s affair with Major James Hewitt, also a redhead.

According to Harry, Charles said of him, “‘Who knows if I’m really the Prince of Wales? Who knows if I’m even your real father? Maybe your real father is in Broadmoor, darling boy!”

Harry did not think it very funny. He truth is that Diana had a five-year affair with Hewitt which started in 1986 – two years after the Duke of Sussex was born.

Royal Family News – Harry’s Kills Brag

Harry also chose to boast that he killed 25 people in Afghanistan while in the British military. He crassly described the deaths as “chess pieces” and “bads” rather than people. He was in Afghanistan, from 2007 to 2008 and from 2012 to 2013.

“In the age of Apaches and laptops, precisely how many enemy combatants I’d killed, I felt it vital never to shy away from that number. So, my number: Twenty-five. It wasn’t a number that gave me any satisfaction. But neither was it a number that made me feel ashamed,” he writes.

These comments engendered criticism from British military figures, and an angry response from the Taliban.

Royal Family News – Goodbye To The Queen

In the book, Prince Harry discusses his grandmother’s death, blaming others for his not being there. He sent a text message to William to ask about logistics of getting to Balmoral, “There was no response from William, Harry says.”

Charles then told him that he could come, but his wife, Meghan, was not welcome.

Finally, mouthy Harry makes a stunning announcement about his trip to the funeral of the Queen’s husband, Prince Philip. “So, though I’d flown home specifically and solely for Grandpa’s funeral, while there I’d asked for this secret meeting with my older brother, Willy, and my father talk about the state of things. To find a way out,” he writes in the book.

“I tried to explain my side of things. I wasn’t at my best. For starters, I was still nervous, fighting to keep my emotions in check, while also striving to be succinct and precise.” Harry claims that the two men, “came ready for a fight,” with poor Charles exclaiming that his sons not, “make my final years a misery.” Now it’s time to listen up Harry, start acting like a man and stop acting like pure poison to your nearest and dearest.
