There’s a new report that suggests Meghan Markle would fail at becoming a politician just because she doesn’t have thick enough skin for all of the criticism that she would get.

At least, that’s how one royal expert is putting it. Here’s what you need to know.

Royal expert and author Angela Levin, who is someone who has made it her career to bash Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on a daily basis, thinks there’s no way that Meghan would ever make it to the White House. That’s because she is too sensitive when it comes to what people say and think about her.

In an interview with Sky News Australia, Levin put it this way, “Meghan Markle could never really be a politician. She’s got very, very thin skin, and she also would have to lose her titles as I believe Harry would as well.

She’s clinging onto them for dear life, so I don’t think there’s a chance in hell that she’d ever get anything in parliament. It’s so ludicrous to think that she could just go in at a high level.”

But then again, it seems like her husband Prince Harry also doesn’t want Meghan running for political office.

One source close to the situation said back in August, “It’s a little bit tricky. They have very different ambitions. Meghan Markle wants everything. She would be head of the universe if she could be. Harry is stuck in the past with all of his court cases going on, it’s all a little bit strange.”

The tipster added, “Meghan Markle in the White House, now that would be something. American politics is so unpredictable, so who knows what they would do about it.”

So far the Duchess of Sussex has not made any comments about her future political plans, but at this point it’s doubtful that she will.
