Natasha Spills On Star Mom Candace Cameron Bure
Olivia Jade Giannulli and Natasha Bure share something in common. As a result of their mothers, both know how it feels to walk around in the shadow of fame. But now, at 23, Natasha feels ready to spill about her mother and herself, reported People. And she found the perfect listener in Olivia Jade, daughter of Lori Loughlin.
Chatting on the podcast, “Conversations with Olivia Jade,” Natasha responded to a fan asking about growing up as the daughter of “Full House” star Candace Cameron Bure. And the 23-year-old confessed about the challenge in separating herself. For instance, “For me, growing up, I always felt, since I was super little, that I was ‘Candace’s daughter.'”
But Natasha then discovered that she also wanted to act. As a result, she pushed to separate and distinguish herself from her famous “Full House” and “Hallmark Movie” channel mom. “With acting, it’s something I’m so passionate about and I love,” explained Candace’s daughter. “And that’s also what my mom just happens to do, so I had to start separating myself at a certain age and really try to form my own identity.”

But since starring in several movies, such as “Home Sweet Home,” Natasha has sought to prove her unique talents. And she defended herself. “A lot of people think I saw my mom acting and was like, ‘That’s what I wanna do!'” she admitted. “But I never even saw my mom on set. I didn’t see her work until I was 10 or 11. It can be difficult to find your own identity or know what your identity is, but then still have people look at you for something else.”

“For me, I never even initially expected or wanted to be in the public eye when I was younger,” admitted Jade. “When I started my YouTube channel, I did not think that was gonna garner any sort of following. I didn’t think that I would be written about in news outlets, paparazzi, none of that. That never even had crossed my mind.”
But Lori’s daughter did know that she enjoyed playing with fashion and makeup, then filming the results on YouTube. And she confessed that she gradually grew up to enjoy the fame. For instance, Olivia called it “really fun” to get invited to celebrity parties “and bring my mom as a date.” And now, Jade hopes to continue turning herself into a famous beauty blogger.
