TLC ’90 Day Fiance – Happily Ever After – Will Andrei & Elizabeth’s Moldovan Wedding Be A No-Go Once Secret Past Is Exposed?

TLC -90 Day Fiancé-Happily Ever After: Andrei And Elizabeth Potthast CastravetTLC’s “90 Day Fiancé-Happily Ever After” stars Andrei and Elizabeth Potthast Castravet went back to his home country of Moldova for a second wedding there, but will it be a no-go once his secret past is exposed?

90 Day Fiance  – Elizabeth Potthast Castravet’s Family Has Been Suspicious Of Andrei From The Time They Arrived

Viewers will recall that Elizabeth’s father and brother, Chuck and Charlie Potthast, respectively, have been suspicious of Andrei from the time they arrived in Moldova, and Charlie and Andrei even nearly got in a fistfight because the two men have done nothing but interrogate him, and not only him, but his family and friends and this has majorly gotten on Andrei’s nerves.

However, the more they question, the more defensive he becomes, and when a person acts too defensive it gives the appearance of having something to hide! Chuck in particular has always been concerned about Andrei’s controlling behavior towards Elizabeth and his anger issues. Chuck has also had issues with Andrei’s work ethic, and his seeming inability to provide for his family – Andrei is a stay at home father!

Elizabeth’s stepmother and sisters have had problems with Andrei as well, and when her mother Pamela, stepfather Walter, and sister Jen arrive, Jen starts asking even more questions and gets Chuck and Charlie even more suspicious of Andrei and his hidden past!

Chuck and Charlie can’t understand why Andrei would leave what they consider to be a high paying career as a Moldovan police detective to take a job as a bouncer in Ireland! But then, they haven’t yet asked the more intrusive question that might actually answer their questions; how much did Andrei make in Moldova as opposed to in Ireland? Maybe a Moldovan police detective doesn’t make as much as a bouncer in Ireland!

Andrei Castravet Said He Had Drunk Too Much

Andrei did admit he had too much to drink, and in the scene in the restaurant when he and Charlie almost got into a fistfight, even Chuck mentioned that alcohol brings out inhibitions. For his part, Andrei hoped that he didn’t burn a bridge with his temper and ruin his chances for a Moldovan wedding for his family and friends there.

Plus, baby Eleanor is yet to be baptized as well, although Elizabeth has. Andrei eventually apologized, but he didn’t regret anything he had said. The entire family is still skeptical about his past, and Jen makes it worse in an upcoming episode by stating that there has to be something Andrei is hiding or something that happened to make him flee his home country, and his family and friends and that he doesn’t want any of the Potthasts to find out what it is!

Andrei has been vague and has divulged little except that he had gotten into some kind of trouble. Chuck assumed it was the trouble of the criminal kind since Andrei quit the police force! It does appear that the second wedding is going to take place, moving forward, but his in-laws will not give up on their suspicions of him nonetheless!
