5 Stunning ‘Young And The Restless’ Weekly Spoilers: Billy & Lily’s New Hire – Victor & Chelsea Team Up – Amanda & Devon Bond

CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates for the week of August 10-14, tease that the show will be back with all-new episodes, which is great news for Y&R fans. The action will start on Monday as Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) interview various Genoa City residents as they all celebrate the anniversary of Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) dedication at Chancellor Park. It will be a great way for Y&R viewers to get caught up and re-oriented as to what’s happened recently in the lives of their favorite characters.

#1 Week Starts With A Y&R Refresher

Viewers will get refreshed about Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) cancer battle, the bombshell that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) dropped on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) about how Adam killed AJ Montalvo as a child, and Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) recent stabbing and recovery, among other things. It will all be designed to get Y&R viewers up to speed and ready for the action to begin again on Tuesday’s episode.

#2 Sharon Newman Faces Surgery And Its Aftermath

As the action picks up on Tuesday, Sharon Newman will still be struggling following her surgery to remove her tumor. We’ll have to wait to see just how invasive Sharon’s surgery actually was and how she responds to her new normal. Meanwhile, Billy and Lily will find themselves in disagreement as they look to hire a new face at Chancellor Communications. Y&R viewers will remember that Billy and Lily already brought on Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) at the company, so this hire must be someone else.

Could that new hire be Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson)? Theo needs a job since Y&R viewers will remember that he was let go from Jabot after he stole Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) vintage presentation after being set up by Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King. Elsewhere, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will have a bone to pick with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), most likely concerning Abby’s new hotel development that’s right across the street from The Grand Phoenix.

#3 Adam Newman’s Mission To Prove He Didn’t Murder AJ Montalvo

Over with the Newmans, Victor and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will decide to put their differences aside in order to help Adam, who will be busy looking for evidence to prove that he didn’t kill AJ all those years ago. As Y&R viewers will remember, Adam’s convinced that Victor is the one who killed AJ, so Adam will be looking for confirmatory evidence for that. But what will he find?

Meanwhile, Jack will step in and offer Victor some parenting advice, which will probably irk Victor. Besides, Jack won’t really understand how Victor worked so hard to protect Adam from himself all those years ago, so Victor will probably brush off Jack’s advice. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will do her best to maintain peace within her family, but that will somehow backfire, so look for things to possibly get worse before they get better.

#4 Summer Newman Voices Her Opinion About Her Parents’ Reunion

Summer will have some things to say about her parents’ recent reunion. Y&R viewers will remember that Phyllis and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are back together and deliriously happy, but Summer knows how their relationship attempts usually end up. It looks like Summer may get honest with Phyllis and Nick, but she’d better be careful, because Nick and Phyllis aren’t too happy about her relationship with Kyle, either.

In other Y&R goings-on for the week of August 10-14, something’s going to happen to make Amanda’s budding romance with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) come to a screeching halt. Y&R spoilers indicate that Amanda will be the one who pumps the breaks, so we’ll see what happens here. It seems that while this is going on, Amanda will also bond with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) – could we see some sparks fly between Amanda and Devon?

#5 Kevin Fisher Gets Some Help As He Prepares For Fatherhood

Finally, Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will get some assistance from Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) as he prepares to become a father again. As Y&R viewers know, Kevin has been worried about fathering a little boy, given his history with Tom Fisher (Roscoe Born). And Jack and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will get a reminder about the Abbott family’s checkered past as the week winds down. So, it seems we may see some Abbott drama at week’s end.
