The Young And The Restless: Adam Confides In Jack, True Love For Sally?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that in a preview for this coming week we can see Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) speaking to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about some of his lady problems. Jack has been dealing with his fair share of things lately with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) at each other’s throats.

However, in a pairing that doesn’t happen enough and that fans tend to enjoy, Adam confides in Jack his love for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and how he feels like he really dropped the ball. In Jack’s infinite wisdom though, he just tells Adam to go for it.

We all loved the chemistry we saw from Adam and Sally together and when they broke up we were devastated, not to mention the fact that she turned around and immediately slept with his brother, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in the office!

There has been a lot of tension because of this, however, Nick and Sally have decided to call off whatever it was that they had and it might open the door back up for Adam, even though Sally seems to have made it plenty clear that she doesn’t want anything to do with him… but does she really mean it?

I think deep inside she knew what she was doing with Nick wasn’t right, and while he was a sweet and charming guy, Adam is the one that she truly loves and maybe that’s why she is having such a hard time accepting him back. She loves him so much that if something were to happen again she would be completely heartbroken and not able to move on.

While I think the “I love you too much” argument is lame and never gets anything accomplished, I think she will eventually come back around and realize her deep love for Adam. There is no way that they can keep these two apart for long. Fans might riot at that. It’s only a matter of time and these two will love nesting it up and taking on Genoa City together.
