The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of April 10 reveal that Nate and Victoria don’t get caught by Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). Instead, it is Nick who walks in to see Nate and Victoria engaging in passion on the CEO’s desk at the office.

Of course, Nate scrambles to put on his clothes. Meanwhile, Victoria awkwardly covers herself up while standing next to Nick. In the promo clip, Nick rips into Nate for sleeping with Victoria while in a relationship with Elena. Nick wants to know what Nate is thinking. However, Nick must not like Nate’s response. It is teased that Nick will issue a threatening ultimatum to Nate.

Even though Nick is an understanding guy, he isn’t going to let Nate and Victoria’s affair continue. Nick probably tells Nate to confess the truth to Elena. If Nate doesn’t then Nick might threaten to tell Elena everything he observed that night.

However, Elena isn’t the only threat to Nate and Victoria’s affair. It is teased that Victor discovers deception at Newman Enterprises. So, could Victor find out about Nate and Victoria’s passion? What will he do about it and what could this mean for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)?
