Aside from his job, Theo’s personal life is heating up. He’s dating Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), and the two recently took their relationship to the next level.

However, Theo’s perfect world could come crashing down when he makes a huge mistake.

Earlier this week, Theo was having drinks with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) at Society. The two seemed flirty with each other, and this has led to speculation that they could become a couple.

Victoria is having a difficult time running Newman Enterprises. While she thought she could handle being in the CEO spot, recently she’s had to deal with one problem after another.

Victoria needs help at Newman, and Theo may be the person who can assist her.

Even though Theo is working at Chancellor, Victoria is going to do everything in her power to convince Theo to join Newman. She may go as far as playing with his emotions.

Y&R Spoilers – Theo Vandreway Very Easily Persuaded

Victoria knows Theo can easily be persuaded, and now all she’s got to do is throw in a little flirting with the promise of a job to get him on her side.

The question is will Theo give in to her advances?

Theo has shown that he’s willing to do whatever it takes to further his career. But how far is he willing to go?

He knows working at Newman Enterprises would be a huge opportunity for him. It’s one of the biggest companies in Genoa City and having the chance to work there is a dream come true.

But that dream may cost him.

While Theo doesn’t mind kissing up to Victoria to get a job, his actions will land him in hot water with Lola.

Lola has been supportive of Theo. Even when everyone was cutting him down, she defended him and believed he was a good person.

Now, she’s going to get her heart broken again when Theo chooses his career over her.

By entering a romantic liaison with Victoria, Theo is risking everything. Not only will he lose Lola, but he’ll also cause more drama for his family.

When Billy learns about Theo and Victoria, he’ll be furious. He was the one that gave Theo another chance and for him to do something like this is the ultimate betrayal.

Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will once again be left to try to mend the friction between Theo and Billy. Also, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will no doubt have something to say about his nemesis’ mistake.
