As Victoria told Lily, Billy is a gambler. Heinle’s character clarified that she didn’t mean he was back at the gambling table, but was inclined to take some form of risk.

Lily was impacted by Victoria’s head game. Chance Com and the relationship Lily and Billy have are both in jeopardy, which was Victoria’s potentially accurate double point.

Victor doesn’t have a lot to do these days. He stepped back from Newman Enterprises awhile ago when accepting Victoria’s ultimatum that he make her the Chief Executive Officer. But he likes to dabble at Newman Enterprises whenever the spirit moves him.

Braeden’s character wanted Newman to bid for Cyaxares. Victoria said no, before later offering a veiled bid that was rejected.

Victor tapped Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as his second choice. They made a private offer to Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi), which he accepted. However, Adam’s since become an attempted murder suspect, which has reignited Billy’s optimism that Chance Com can get a deal done. He went so far as to make a second pitch to Ashland in the lobby of the Grand Phoenix Hotel.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lily Winters Has Sway

Lily is in love with Billy. He genuinely feels the same about her.

Billy felt secure enough in BiLily that he initially agreed to accept Victoria’s joint venture offer, until he rejected her proposal. That surprised Victoria, which led to her playing the head game with Lily at Crimson Lights. But Billy reconsidered and appears to be open to accepting Victoria’s financial backing again.

Lily holds sway in Billy’s heart at the moment. If he’s not the gambler Victoria thinks is, then Billy will follow Lily’s advice and turn away from any connection to Victoria and the arrangement she’s proposing.
