The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Nick’s Intervention, Stops Victoria’s Takeover?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) was not thrilled about Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) plan with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) to takeover Chancellor-Winters and urged her to reconsider.

While she thought about it, she informed her brother that she would be moving forward with the plan and you could see the disappointment in his eyes. He knows this isn’t a good idea and something bad is bound to happen, but why would she ever listen to her brother, right?

There is no doubt in our minds that Victoria is her father’s daughter and is nothing short of a power-hungry business owner. She is willing to do whatever it takes, as long as it gets her what she wants. This includes hostile takeovers from disenfranchised men like Nate Hastings.

While she has managed to scapegoat her way through life and always seems to get bailed out of her issues, I don’t think she will be able to make it out of this one alright. There’s no one behind her waiting for her to fall (except her father, but I don’t think he even knows what’s going on).

Instead, she may finally face the fire and have to accept the consequences of her own actions.

Y&R Spoilers – Will Nick Newman Intervene With Her Plans?

The person who warned her not to go through with this, maybe the same person to intervene and stop her from committing a huge mistake. Nick has always stood by his sisters side but when she makes a mistake, he still points it out.

I don’t think he’ll be able to stand by idly while his sister does something he knows she’ll probably regret. I think he’ll step in and try to dismantle this from the inside. He is a part of Newman Enterprises now, he can keep an eye on all the business dealings and what’s going on and shut it down from his position.

While Victoria will probably know what happened and how he stopped it, possibly firing him, is that really going to break Nick’s heart? I think he would give up this job for a sandwich and a coke… Stopping his sister from doing something foolish like this would just be a bonus.
