Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Mariah has been missing now for weeks! She’s missed at least one prenatal appointment and the messages she has sent to family and friends just don’t sound like they are coming from her! Feeling guilty for hovering, Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) backed off for a little bit, but this has just been going on too long.

No one has wanted to believe that something could have happened to her, and perhaps that is part of the denial they’ve been in. Viewers of The Young and The Restless know that Mariah is being kept in a room much like a hotel room, in an older house, judging by the décor, and she receives her food and drink and other items through a dumbwaiter. Something she appears to lack, however, are changes of clothing. But it’s obvious the person or persons keeping her captive wish her no harm or they would have caused her harm long ago! She doesn’t know who her captor is but they definitely have her phone!

Y&R Spoilers – Mariah Copeland’s Phone Location Is Being Scrambled

In recent episodes of The Young and The Restless, Rey Rosales had tried the equipment of the Genoa City Police Department to track Mariah’s phone. He discovered that whoever has her – or at least her phone – had access to some very sophisticated and high tech signal scrambling equipment. Kevin Mitchell, (Greg Rikaart) who is now on the side of the good guys working in internet technology at the police department has some shady side skills in hacking.

Rey has decided Kevin could put his hacking skills to good use by trying to break through the scrambling technology and possibly hack it and bypass it. If he can, then they have a shot at finding Mariah and hopefully closing in on who exactly her captor or captors might be. Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that even Rey didn’t take Mariah’s situation really seriously until he did a deep dive and saw that none of her credit cards or debit cards had been used – that is not the situation of someone that just wanted to get away for a little while for stress relief!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Discrepancies In Someone’s Narratives Are Discovered

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that in recent episodes of The Young and The Restless, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) caught up with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). Devon had heard that Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) had made plans to move back to Genoa City after he secured an important position at Memorial Hospital. However, Elena told him that his cousin Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) had been given that position and it was a great promotion. Viewers of The Young and The Restless know that something was not quite right there.

Unbeknownst to Mariah’s family and friends, Stitch was the last one to see Mariah, as she was jogging in Chancellor Park and had fallen on her wrist. She was fine, but no one had seen her since. The situation has become serious enough that even Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has gotten involved and got his people looking for Mariah, and Devon has suspicions and tells Victor. In the meantime, Rey gets a clue to Mariah’s whereabouts and he and Kevin connect the dots; it sounds like Stitch will be asked some very serious questions!
