The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A Dis-Invited Nick Newman Shows Up In Tuscany

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Victoria dis-invited a previously invited Nick to her wedding in Tuscany after he dug up dirt on her fiancé Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). Victoria was extremely upset that her brother went to Toms’ River, New Jersey to dig into Ashland’s past. Viewers of The Young and The Restless will remember that it was Nick who found out that Locke was really Bobby DeMarco and that he stole the real Ashland Locke’s identity as a teenager, as well as showed up at his job interview with Camilla Rhodes (mentioned character). It was Locke himself who filled in the blanks for Victoria, as well as Victor and Nikki Newman (Eric Braeden, Melody Thomas Scott) about how it really happened. Nick surprises his sister as he shows up in Tuscany at the Newman palazzo anyway!

Y&R Spoilers – Ashland Locke Came Clean About Everything

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Nick got the details as well, of how Bobby was running away from his abusive father, and ran into the real Ashland who protected him from him. The two young men, the same age apparently, had become close friends and even got matching tattoos on the same legs.

It was this tattoo that the elder DeMarco identified the body burned up in the car after he and Bobby got in a wreck. Bobby aka Ash had explained he tried to get his friend unpinned from behind the steering wheel after they hit a tree – and the car caught on fire. He was able to get Ashland’s wallet as it apparently popped out of his pocket, Bobby took it and left his in its place. Even though Locke came clean to Victoria about everything as well as Victor and Nikki, Nick still wasn’t sure he bought the explanation – and that’s another thing that angered Victoria, as viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victoria Newman Is Caught Off-Guard By Nick Newman’s Arrival

As viewers of The Young and The Restless can imagine, Victoria is caught off-guard by Nick’s arrival at the Newman palazzo, considering she had dis-invited him from her wedding! At first she’s surprised but then angry, still upset that Nick dug into Ashland’s past to begin with. Secretly, she’s happy he showed up though. Nick apologizes to his sister and explains he was only trying to protect her and wants what’s best for her.

Longtime viewers of The Young and The Restless will understand his protectiveness, considering she hasn’t had the best track record with men – including an abusive marriage with her oldest son’s father. Victoria does admit to Nick that she’s having some doubts about the marriage – and Nick takes off and runs with it! She’s got her heart set on her big beautiful wedding, and she doesn’t want to hear anything about stopping it! Nick does wind up being present – but with a warning that Victoria will never forgive him!
