The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 23, tease that viewers will see an encore episode of Y&R that originally aired on March 19, 1997. The episode is part of “Emmy Winning Performances” week on the Young and the Restless, and it will feature an award-winning performance by Eric Braeden for his role as Victor Newman. Eric won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor for this episode.

In the episode, Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) and Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) will discuss Lily Winters, who will have asked why her Mommy and Daddy are so sad and why they don’t hug anymore. Meanwhile, Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) will talk with Olivia Winters (Tonya Lee Harrison) about Drucilla’s interview, saying that he is proud of her.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Kurt Costner Confronts Ashley Abbott

Next on Y&R, Kurt Costner (Leigh McCloskey) will tell Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) that she was playing God by keeping things from him. Ashley will apologize to Kurt, telling him how sorry she is, but Kurt will want her to leave. Kurt will crumple up the letter and start to throw it in the fireplace in anguish.

While this is going on, across town John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) will complain to Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) about Ashley being involved with “this Kurt fellow.”

Y&R Spoilers: Victor Newman’s Idyllic Time With Victor Jr.

In Kansas, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will spend some quality time with Hope Wilson (Signy Coleman) and Victor Jr. aka Adam Newman (Hayden Tank). Victor will buy some boxing gloves and begin to teach Victor Jr. how to use them, telling Victor Jr. to call him Victor.

Victor Jr. will then go practice some boxing moves in front of the mirror, while Victor and Hope talk. Hope will tell Victor that she’s happy about him spending time with Victor Jr. “He’s our son. I promised you that he would have a father,” Victor will say. Hope will be thrilled, and she and Victor will kiss.

Finally, on Tuesday’s encore episode of Y&R, Grace Turner (Jennifer Gareis) will get a tip about someone named “Alice.” She and Tony Viscardi (Nick Scotti) will head to an address to find this Alice person, but they’ll discover that no one named Alice lives at that address anymore. But as they drive away, a school bus will drop off a young girl, who will be Cassie Johnson (Camryn Grimes), who will later become Cassie Newman.
