The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, May 26, tease that Y&R viewers will be treated to an encore episode that originally aired back on August 14, 2003. As you’re probably aware, Y&R is showing special “theme weeks” since it has run out of original episodes due to the coronavirus shutdown. This week’s theme is “Villains Week” and the villain showcased in Tuesday’s episode is Isabella Braña (Eva Longoria).

Long-time viewers might remember Eva Longoria’s run on Y&R as Isabella. Isabella was part of Y&R from 2001-2003, and the episode that viewers will see on Tuesday will be right at the end of Isabella’s run on the show. Viewers will see Isabella drug and terrorize Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell), with some scary “fatal attraction” type scenes involving Isabella nearly drowning Christine.

In case you’re unfamiliar with Isabella, she was a mentally ill woman who competed with Christine for Paul Williams’ (Doug Davidson) affections. Isabella and Paul had an affair that resulted in a pregnancy, with Isabella later giving birth to their son Ricky Williams (Pete Porte). Many years later, an adult Ricky was a key character on the show.

At any rate, Paul was torn between Christine and Isabella for a while, but Christine and Paul finally reunited for good, which left Isabella distraught and wanting some serious revenge against Christine. Subsequently, Isabella staged her own murder, making it appear that Christine was guilty of the crime. Christine became the prime suspect in Isabella’s murder, and on the encore episode that will air on Tuesday, Christine will be under suspicion for the murder.

On Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Paul will put their heads together to examine the evidence in the murder case against Christine. The men will be hoping to find some sort of holes in the evidence, in order to prove that Christine isn’t guilty. Paul will observe that Isabella’s parents didn’t seem to be that upset about her murder, and he’ll want to have Christine undergo hypnosis again – something that will frustrate Michael.

Y&R Spoilers: Isabella Braña Drugs & Attacks Christine Blair

Meanwhile, Christine will be alone in her bathroom when suddenly Isabella appears holding a butcher knife. Christine will be shocked, and believing Isabella to be dead, Christine will think that she’s hallucinating. Isabella will have drugged Christine’s wine, and so Christine will find herself woozy as Isabella goes on about how she’s not dead and how she framed Christine for her murder.

Isabella will be threatening, and Christine will assume that Isabella is there to kill her, but Isabella will reveal that she has no intention of killing Christine; instead, she’s going to stage it so that it looks like Christine killed herself. Christine and Isabella will wrestle over the butcher knife, which will be hard for Christine since she’s been drugged. Isabella will push Christine’s head underwater in the bathtub, and Christine will lose consciousness.

Y&R Spoilers Scoop: Brittany Hodges Tells Bobby Marsino That Their Relationship Is Strictly Business

Meanwhile, on this special encore episode of Y&R, Brittany Hodges (Lauren Woodland) will appear in Bobby Marsino’s (John Enos) office. Brittany will be on a mission to return a necklace that Bobby gave her previously. Brittany will tell Bobby that she’s seeing Raul Guittierez (David Lago), and that she can’t accept such a personal gift from him. Brittany will say that she wants to keep their relationship strictly business, and Bobby will take the necklace back.

Brittany will then leave to get ready to take the stage, and Raul will enter to talk to Bobby. Bobby will say that he won’t answer any questions about Brittany. Bobby will only say that Raul should stick around and watch the show, but that he shouldn’t disrupt things. Eventually, Brittany will take the stage to perform, and she’ll sing, then start to strip.

Raul will be shocked, and he’ll run up onto the stage and cover Brittany’s body with his jacket. Brittany will be stunned, and she’ll run off the stage in tears.
