The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, December 16, tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have an extended nightmare about what life may be like if he gets convicted of the attempted murder of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). The entire episode will follow Billy through his nightmare, and viewers will see glimpses of the lives of Billy’s loved ones in the future.
Things will begin as Billy dreams that Adam visits him at prison and needles him about how much they’re alike and about how Billy’s life could have turned out much better if he hadn’t gone to prison. Adam will open Billy’s cell, and when Billy walks through the door, he’ll be transported to a time in the future.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott’s Loved Ones Lament His Conviction
Suddenly, Billy will arrive at the Abbott mansion. Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and Lily Winters (Christal Khalil) will be talking about Billy’s recent conviction. Billy will be invisible to Amanda, Jack, and Lily, and Amanda will discuss how Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) really went after Billy in court. Jack will tell Lily that she shouldn’t put her life on hold just for Billy, since he’ll be in prison for a long time.
Y&R Spoilers – Abby Newman Has Some Scathing Words For Billy Abbott
Next on Y&R, Billy will appear at Crimson Lights, were Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will rant at Billy for shooting Chance Chancellor (Justin Gaston) and lying to the police about being at the crime scene. Abby will blast Billy for not considering how others would hurt by the exposé on Adam, including Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind). Abby will tell Billy that someone always gets hurt as a result of his actions, and that he’s just like Adam.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott Witnesses The Fallout Of His Actions On His Kids
Billy will next appear at Newman Enterprises, where Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is busy telling Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) and Johnny Abbott (Holden and Ryan Hare) about how Billy won’t be coming home because the judge and jury didn’t trust him and thought he lied. Victoria will turn to Billy and blast him for being addicted to getting revenge on Adam.
After a while, Billy will notice that Johnny and Katie are gone, and Victoria will say that’s because they’re scared of him. Billy will try to walk toward Victoria, but his feet will be shackled, and he’ll be unable to move. Johnny and Katie will reappear to wave goodbye to Billy, and Billy will yell at them not to go. Billy’s shackles will disappear, and he’ll walk to the door of the office, where Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be standing.
Y&R Spoilers – Victor Newman Visits Billy Abbott In Jail
Next on Y&R, Billy will be back in his jail cell and Victor will be there. Billy will yell at Victor for setting him up, while Victor berates Billy. Victor will say that he knows that Billy tried to run down Adam with his car last year. Victor will be glad that Billy is away from Johnny and Katie and that he’s where he deserves to be. Victor will even say that he’ll write an exposé on Billy, and he’ll taunt Billy about how John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) preferred Jack to him.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Delia Abbott Expresses Disappointment In Her Father
Billy will appear next at the Chancellor mansion, where Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono) will be waiting for him. Delia will tell Billy that it’s sad how much he gets into trouble, and Billy will try to explain that he’s innocent and that he’ll fix this. Delia will say that if Billy had been living an honorable life, then no one would have assumed that he wanted to kill Adam in the first place.
Delia and Billy will then have an emotional exchange, during which Delia says that Billy can’t protect Johnny and Katie any more than he protected her. Delia will ultimately tell Billy that she can’t stay, and that second chances don’t come every day. Delia will disappear, and Billy will be distraught.
Y&R Spoilers – Billy Abbott Learns Johnny Abbott Is In Trouble
Next on Y&R, Billy will show up at Chancellor Communications, where Lily is barking at someone on the phone about getting Billy released from prison. Victoria will walk in and talk with Lily, and Billy will gather from the conversation that it’s been several years since he’s been in prison. Victoria will say that she’s there to see Amanda for legal help with Johnny. Billy will be upset at the thought of Johnny in trouble with the law.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Johnny Abbott Is Adam Newman’s New Protege
Suddenly, Billy will appear in an interrogation room at the GCPD, where an older Johnny will talk with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). Johnny will have been arrested for embezzlement at Jabot, and as it turns out, he’ll have done it at Adam’s request. Billy will listen as Johnny gives Rey attitude and refuses to give up Adam, since Adam is the only person who cares for him.
Billy will be back in his jail cell again, and Adam will come for another visit to needle Billy about having Johnny under his control. Adam will indicate that Billy has gotten extra years added onto his sentence due to all his fights with other inmates and the guards, and Billy will beg Adam not to take Johnny from him.
Y&R Spoilers – Billy Abbott Has Some Hope For The Future
Next on Y&R, Billy will show up in Society all dressed up with Lily, at a time after Billy has been exonerated in the shooting. Lily will tell Billy that she never gave up on him, and that they found a new witness who backed up his version of events. Amanda will be there, too, with Billy thanking her for all her legal expertise. Jack will also show up, saying that he’s sorry that he doubted Billy.
Over at the bar, Victor will be there, saying that Billy’s just a disaster waiting to happen, and Victoria will be there to say that Johnny needs his father to come through for him. Billy will thank Lily for believing in him, and Lily will say that he can always count on her and that she’s his ride or die. Finally, Billy will wake up in his jail cell, and to himself, he’ll say, “I know I can, and together we won’t let any of that happen.”
