According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Devon is pleasantly surprised to find Amanda at his penthouse with groceries. She wants to make them dinner at home rather than go out on their date. It’s without a doubt that the two of them have bonded a lot in the last couple of weeks and that is what has brought them closer. And now they are so close that they can’t keep their hands off of each other.

With that said though, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that while Devon is having a good time with Amanda, he can’t help but experience a little regret over making love with her as he can’t get his ex Elena out of his head. Clearly, he still has some left over feelings for her and the relationship they once had.

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Bryton James, who plays Devon on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “I think he does feel a bit guilty in terms of him not knowing that his relationship with Amanda was moving toward something more. However, he feels off the hook because it’s not like he cheated. Devon and Amanda hadn’t solidified anything before he and Elena did what they did. On the other hand, I think he knows that Amanda would be really hesitant to move past friendship if she knew what happened between him and Elena.”
