The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Victor’s Return Spells Trouble – Two Characters Under Pressure

Victor (Eric Braeden) has been away on ‘The Young and the Restless’. But the ‘Moustache’ will soon return from business in Singapore and Dubai. Two Genoa City men will be under pressure when that happens.
Nick (Joshua Morrow), or ‘New Nick’ as he’s been rightly dubbed, decided to take on his father many months ago. Initially, the younger Newman didn’t reveal that he was targeting Victor. But the revealed J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) gaslight established fierce business and personal battle lines to form.
Interested parties have been brashly told that it doesn’t matter what Victor does. Nick believes his father’s approach is old-school and that Dark Horse is well on its way to supplanting Newman Enterprises as the family business of choice among the world’s major players. Victor will soon prove that presumptuous attitude is deeply naive.
Meanwhile, Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) has been tracking Vickie (Amelia Heinle). GC’s new leading police authority feels that it will only be a matter of time until Miss Newman and the rest of her family crack and the J.T. case breaks open.

Detective Rosales is a newbie in this fictional Wisconsin town. While he’s aware of Victor’s reputation, Rey hasn’t experienced what happens when someone tries to bring down the ‘Black Knight’s’ loved ones, justified or not.
It won’t be long until Rey feels the force of the great Victor Newman. Yes, Vickie helped coverup an accidental death that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) was responsible for. But buried within everyone’s past lurk various skeletons.
Tenured Y&R fans know that Victor has surely been working on business deals, while also preparing personal counters for his obstinate son. Clearly, the ‘Moustache’ has also been accumulating a bag of reserve ammunition to use against Rey.
While Nick and Rey don’t like each other, both characters will find themselves unexpectedly aligned and possibly even partners in their coming battles against this soon-to-return character. However, if the past serves as any soapy guide, then no longtime fan would bet against the one and only Victor Newman.

Y&R needs some help I think. Phyllis is always having sex with someone. Time Phyllis took a hike. She has the morels of an ally cat. Victor always plays dirty and wants to destroy people. Seems a lot of fans loved Chelsea and Adam. Why don’t you do what it takes to get them back. That might increase ratings. I know I don’t watch it as much as I used to. When I turn it on, Phyllis is in bed with someone. That gets tired and old. Forget Devon’s sister Anna. NO!!!!
It is about time they get a new head writer. I hope it is not to late.

Why is Devon getting so much airtime . It’s getting about as long as the JT crap . As for Ana and the Rosales they are not for this show . They are not part of Genoa city . Send them back to Florida. We need to get back to the integrity of this show . It’s history . It’s integrity. The fine citizens of Genoa city .
Yes get rid of head writer, get rid of Rey & his wife, end the JT fiasco, and get rid of Tessa!!!! Bring in some new decent GC residents, find Mariah a nice guy and quit having Phyllis bed hopping! Lets see more of Jess Walton, bring Adam & Chelsea back and Michael’s brother. Create some NEW story lines and DON”T drag them on forever as you did with JT and the Jack kidnapping saga!!!
