Young And The Restless Spoilers: Adam Newman Proposes To Sharon – Will She Say Yes?

Young And The Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Shadam fans will be thrilled next week when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) proposes to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).

After being put through the ringer on Y&R by his siblings Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), rumor has it Adam will turn to the one person in Genoa City who has had his back since he returned, Sharon.

Adam was recently hit with another bombshell, a restraining order filed on Y&R by his father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). He was hurt by the fact that, as usual, Victor was taking Nick’s side over his in the Christian Newman (Alex Wilson) custody battle. He even asked Victor why he hadn’t fought for custody of him, back in the day.

He’s also been rejected by Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan), who for some strange reason prefers Nick over him, and both are trying to keep his sons away from him. It seems like Adam came back to Genoa City only to lose everything.

Although Sharon was quick to jump in the sack with her ex-husband last week, she immediately bolted when Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) showed up at his door.

Considering Rey and Sharon made amends on Y&R this week, and have become friends again, Shey fans were hoping this would lead to them getting back together. But it doesn’t look like a Shey reunion is in the cards anytime soon.

So, what will Sharon do when Adam shocks her with his proposal of marriage? If she does say yes, this news is bound to devastate his other son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).

Connor is not only thrilled his father is still alive, but he is actively pushing his mother Chelsea to get back together with Adam.

Is Adam really in love with Sharon, or is she just a means to an end to make him look like a stable person who is capable of raising both his sons? Clearly, Sharon was good enough to help raise Christian when she was engaged to Nick, so why wouldn’t she be a good mother to him (and to Connor for that matter) if she was married to Adam?

But the bigger question is – will Sharon say yes to Adam’s proposal, or will she reject him, like everyone else in Genoa City has?
