The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that there will be a “tit for tat” between Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) and Lola Abbott (Sasha Calle) that could almost seem to be a retribution for the stolen kisses that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) shared in San Francisco!

The Newest Edition Of Soap Opera Digest Shows Theo Vanderway And Lola Abbott Kissing!

In the newest edition of Soap Opera Digest, there is a photo showing Theo and Lola kissing in her kitchen with Theo pressed up against the “raw meat” refrigerator! It looks by their body language and their placement with him being against the fridge, that she may actually have started it! To give a little background, Kyle did admit to Lola that he and Summer had kissed, “but that it didn’t mean anything and nothing (more than kissing) happened!”

The kisses between Kyle and Summer probably didn’t mean anything to Kyle, but they sure seem to have meant something to Lola, and probably did to Summer as well! One thing is sure; the honeymoon is over between Kyle and Lola, and he finds out that fact very quickly! Lola quite likely is hurt by this admission, but not only is she hurt – she is probably mad!

This kiss between herself and Theo might very likely be revenge, although perhaps she talks to Theo about her plan before it happens – she may be mad at Kyle, but she wouldn’t want to hurt Theo or use him. Of course, Theo might be thinking he could use this “plan” of hers to his advantage and maybe turn their little “revenge romance” into a real one – and Lola may just be hurt enough and vulnerable enough to be ripe pickings!

Theo Vanderway And Lola Abbott Are A Much Better Match

Theo and Lola have become close friends and confidants, and even though he may be thinking of turning things around from going along with Lola in a revenge romance scheme to get back at Kyle, he truly cares for her too, and they are a much better match for one another than she and Kyle are; they come from similar working class backgrounds and are not made out of money like Kyle is.

Summer is also from a moneyed background, having been raised as a Newman, and she seems to be more of a match to Kyle then Lola does as well. Even though Lola has certainly been accepted by the Abbott family as one of their own, Kyle still does not understand her background and what it has made her in the sense that Theo does, and Summer understands Kyle better than Lola does. Could the powers that be at The Young and The Restless be planning a trading partners storyline with putting Kyle and Summer back together and Theo and Lola together? It sure seems to be heading that way!
