Unless there’s shocking cast news coming, Case isn’t leaving Y&R. Assuming and hoping that’s true, as this actor is an indelible part of the team, Sharon will beat cancer.

The love that surrounds Sharon is something Mariah pointed out to her mother, which reaffirmed a the heart of this storyline. Drama will likely come first, as the realistic nature of this terrible disease is highlighted, which is something many viewers unfortunately have a direct connection to.
