Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint at some stunning plot twists on the horizon in the land of Genoa City. While it was shocking enough that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) appointed his son Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to become Nate Hastings’s (Sean Dominic) assistant, the real shocker lies in The Moustache’s intentions.

Y&R spoilers suggest that Adam will be shocked by Victor’s proposal; however, he’ll also be eager to stand by his word.

Still, as someone who’s not only been in the CEO role at Newman but other companies as well, he may have far too much experience to truly add value to the job.

But Victor likely has other plans in mind. While the Moustache has befriended Nate, he still doesn’t trust his daughter’s boyfriend as far as he can throw him, so will Mr. Newman add some responsibilities to Adam’s “to-do” list as an assistant?

Y&R Spoilers – Victor Newman Wants Nate Hastings Out

Will Victor ask Adam to prove his loyalty by getting the goods on Nate? As his assistant, he’ll be privy to plenty of information about what Hastings is up to.

The Moustache may solicit Adam’s help in finding solid evidence to not only turn Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) against her boyfriend but something where he can also fire him from the company without Vicky being able to defend Nate’s actions.

Then again, perhaps the Moustache won’t ask Adam to look for information, but rather, slip some information somewhere.

Maybe Victor is looking to set Nate up to take the fall in a situation, so he can get rid of Hastings and break up his romance with Victoria for good, which is exactly where Adam and this “assistant job” comes into play.

      Victor needs to stop infering in his adult lives. That’s why he cannot get along with them. He always has to depict one against the other. That’s and unhealthy way for him to stay in their lives and personal business. It’s causes one to wonder why is he always doing this? What is his motive? It’s seems like Victor is on the verge of being a mental health person like he needs to spend a little time inside a menstrual health institution. Then maybe he appreciate each one of his family members. Respect them for what they bring to the table and let them live their own lives and stay out of their business. He needs to run, Newman Enterprises himself and let his adult children find and run their own business. He needs to meddling. He’s must to older a man to be playing games. You leave that for children to do. I used to think better of him now I don’t know. When Neil was working with they made a lot team because he could always count on him. Now that he is gone it’s like he doesn’t know who to trust like everyone is out to destroy his company. He better wake up and sleeping on the job. He knows that it is what it is. He can’t reraise his adult children just except them for the people they have become.
