The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Reed Hellstrom (Tristan Lake Leabu) will soon be leaving Genoa City. Reed has been a mess the past few days as he learned JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) abused his mother. Here’s everything we know about what’s coming up next on The Young and the Restless.

Y&R Spoilers Reed Rages!

Reed came back to Genoa City to find out what happened to his dad, JT. He felt like he had been lied to and he wanted to get to the bottom of it. His mother, Victoria (Amelia Henle) was scared to tell her boy that his grandmother, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) killed his dad because he was attacking her.

The angry teenager found out that his dad was a woman abuser during the week of January 7. Reed did not handle it well. He didn’t want to accept that his father had two very different sides, one being a kind and gentle man and the other, being an angry and abusive and not-so-nice guy.

Y&R Spoilers Reed’s Exit!

According to Soap Opera Digest, Tristan will exit the role of Reed during the week of January 14. Since JT’s storyline is almost wrapped up, Reed’s presence is not needed. He will likely go back to boarding school, only appearing every once in a while, during holidays and special occasions.
