NCIS: New Orleans Alum Zoe McLellan Allegedly Disappears With Her Son

NCIS: New Orleans alum Zoe McLellan starred in the role of Agent Meredith Brody in 2014. However, she later left in 2017. She seems to have disappeared from any major acting role since 2019. Now, she reportedly made off with her son Sebastian and disappeared. Apparently, a court declared that she’s a wanted person after her ex, JP Gillain claims she took their kid in April 2019 and never brought him back.

While the CBS star didn’t stay long with the show, most people agree that NCIS New Orleans is probably where people remember her from. She acted in a lot of other titles and seemed popular in JAG. Dirty Sexy Money saw another appearance, and of course, people might also recall her from Designated Survivor as Kendra Daynes for one season. However, most people probably recall her because her husband, Jean-Pierre Guy Gillain ended up inside on serious charges of child abuse.

The NCIS: New Orleans alum Zoe McLellan claimed that her ex raped her son Sebastian at the age of about three. Actually, that wasn’t the only issue. He fought a bitter custody war and when Sebastian was four, he claimed she took him to Canada without his consent. When Zoe accused him of child abuse, the courts later released JP on the ground of insufficient evidence, according to TMZ. In fact, on fundrazr.com there’s still a funding appeal for people to contribute to the fight for her son. Mind you, these days it states “This campaign is under review due to active legal proceedings.”

TMZ also carried the new report that the courts listed her as wanted for kidnapping their son and disappearing with him. However, they noted that “It doesn’t appear she’s been hauled in yet — there’s no record of her arrest within the L.A. County Sheriff’s Office.” The outlet notes that she’s thought to be somewhere in the  NOLA area. However, her Instagram is private and she appears to have “disappeared off the grid.”

The Sun reported that they also check out the allegations against NCIS: New Orleans alum Zoe McLellan. They wrote, “The Sun has confirmed through a Criminal Case Summary with LA Court that McLellan was charged with kidnapping in May.” Meanwhile, JP’s attorney stated that he doesn’t know where his son is. Born in 2013, Sebastian would be about eight years old now, and his dad claims he never saw him in two years.

NCIS: New Orleans – Disappearance Lines Up With No Show In New Roles

Of course, it seems very probable that the NCIS: New Orleans alum did take off and slip into obscurity. After all,  Zoe McLellan has not acted in any role since 2019, the last time her ex-husband allegedly heard from her.
