NCIS: Tony & Ziva Spinoff: Premiere Date Revealed for Highly Anticipated Series

NCIS Tony And Ziva Spoilers: Everything We Know About The Premiere Date For The Tony & Ziva Spinoff SeriesNCIS Tony and Ziva spoilers and updates reveal the premiere date for the streaming spinoff series. The new 10-episode spinoff series reunites Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo, reprising their beloved NCIS roles as Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David, who both departed from the original series.

The Next Chapter Premieres Thursday, September 4

“Tiva” fans, make sure to circle this date on your calendars: The upcoming installment of the NCIS series, NCIS: Tony & Ziva, is set to debut.

Its first three episodes premiere on Thursday, September 4, as announced by Paramount+, the streaming service. New episodes will be released weekly on Thursdays leading up to the season finale on October 23.

De Pablo left her role as a series regular in Season 11 but made a surprising return in the Season 16 finale, revealing that her character was alive, contrary to earlier reports.

She later had an off-screen reunion with Tony — played by Weatherly, who exited in Season 13 — and their daughter, Tali (Isla Gie), in Paris.

Weatherly And DePablo Are Beyond Excited

“We are extremely thrilled to unveil the next chapter of Tony and Ziva to the amazing fans worldwide. They have always held on to the hope that this day would arrive,” Weatherly and de Pablo remarked in an announcement.

“Revisiting these characters together on screen after over a decade has been a remarkable journey filled with deception, espionage, peril, passion…..and autonomous lethal vehicles. (Rest assured, the last one will be explained shortly). This is an extraordinary adventure you won’t want to miss, and as they say in Paris: Accrochez-vous bien!”

What Is The Series About?

The new series “continues after Ziva’s presumed death, which prompted Tony to leave the NCIS team to raise their daughter,” according to the official summary.

“Years later, Ziva was found alive, prompting her to undertake one last mission with NCIS before reuniting with Tony and their daughter in Paris.

Since that time – and where we catch up with them in NCIS: Tony & Ziva – Tony and Ziva have been co-parenting their daughter, Tali.

When Tony’s security firm comes under attack, they are forced to flee across Europe, trying to uncover who is pursuing them. And, perhaps even rediscovering their trust in one another to achieve their unique version of a happy ending.

Who Else Plays In The Show?

Aside from Isla Gie who plays Tali, other cast includes Lara Rossi portraying Sophie, the SAS-trained nanny for Tali; and Amita Suman plays Claudette, the Chief Technical Officer for Tony’s firm.

Maximilian Osinski takes on the role of Boris, a Russian expatriate and computer hacker; James D’Arcy is cast as Henry, a senior Interpol agent; and Nassima Benchicou appears as Martine.

Julian Ovenden portrays Jonah; and Terence Maynard plays Dr. Lang. Other cast will be announced on the episodes.

Will There Be NCIS Crossovers?

Although logistics make collaboration between the two series difficult, a crossover is definitely on the wish list of NCIS executive producer Steven D. Binder.

“I can tell you that due to the timeline — we are on a network production schedule while they are on a streaming service with a much longer timeline. So dates aren’t set yet, and production dates — it was very challenging for us to arrange something for Tony & Ziva,” Binder shared with TV Insider in May 2025.

Now that it’s been filmed, I would love to-I think that would be fantastic;” while there are no official plans for a crossover, Binder mentioned hopes. He and Weatherly have “discussed Tony and Ziva a lot over the years, and I can assure you that all the elements are in place for something like that to occur.”
