Coronation Street Spoilers – Will Chatterton Blackmails Todd Grimshaw

Fans know that Todd’s past came back to haunt him. Will, whom he hired to help him sabotage Billy Mayhew’s (Daniel Brocklebank) and Paul Foreman’s (Peter Ash) relationship, reappeared on the cobbles. He sent him threatening text messages and notes, warning him that his secrets will be exposed. Will initially demanded £4,000 for his silence, but the price tag increased to £5,000 when Todd tried to intimidate him.

Todd’s bank loan request was denied so he needs to find a way to pay off Will. So, he decides to steal an expensive heat pump, which Billy purchased for the halfway house.

Eileen and George are shocked to find out that the van’s missing with the dead body still on it. Unbeknown to them, Todd took the undertaker’s van to transport the stolen heat pump. Todd eventually returns the vehicle and tries to explain that he borrowed it to help a friend. He lied when he said he didn’t know about the dead body before he took the van because he noticed it during his theft.

Coronation Street  Spoilers – Eileen Grimshaw And George Shuttleworth Argues

Eileen and George argued throughout the episode. It came to a point when Eileen confronted George and said “you treat your customers with more respect than me”. George snapped back at her and said he regretted getting involved with her. Eileen got hurt by what she heard so she replied, “we were never involved or embroiled and we never will be” before leaving. Is this the end of Eileen and George?

Todd’s actions will not only cause problems for the pair but also for Billy who will make a rash decision next week. Spoilers reveal that he will meet with the bishop to render his resignation because he believes he’s not fit to be an archdeacon.
