Mama June: Road to Redemption fans were shocked to hear that Honey Boo Boo (Alana Thompson) dates a man accused of allegedly committing statutory rape. Naturally, they wonder if Josh and Pumpkin (Lauryn) Efird knew about it. Additionally, WEtv fans worry that the teenager might fall pregnant very young like her sister Pumpkin. Mama June – Honey Boo Boo Dates Older Dralin Carswell
Alana Thompson takes heat from fans because of her fashion, her weight, and now her boyfriend. While some fans claim the fact that she dates a black man causes trolling, it seems that’s not the case. Actually, a lot of people love her. So, they worry about her dating an older man. Nevertheless, her mom feels that she’s a teenager now and is old enough to make her own choices.
Mama June Road to Redemption fans suspect that Dralin got serious with Alana when she was about 15. Or, at least close to the age of the minor that he allegedly attempted to sleep with. It should be noted that the prosecution didn’t have enough evidence to prove he committed the crime. So instead, he went on a special course for telling fibs to the cops.
Mama June – Fans Saw Alana Mock Their Concerns
Initially, no statement came from Alana about her feelings when the news broke. But after a few days, she talked very sarcastically about people who worry about her. At the moment, Dralin and Honey Boo Boo are on a vacation with her sister and the kids. Actually, they seem to do just about everything together. So, some WEtv fans wonder if he’s been around for longer than the show lets on.
On July 30, the Mama June star shared a photo of herself with Dralin at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. Once again, they looked cozy and comfortable with each other. Not everyone hates Dralin, and lots of emojis went in that reflected love for the couple. One fan wrote, “Love seeing you two together❣️blessings to new adventures 🙌🏼😘🙏🏼♥️.”

Mama June – What Happens With Their Relationship?
Mama June fans now know that apparently, the publicity about Dralin’s arrest hasn’t dented Honey Boo Boo’s love for her guy. In her caption, she said, “stronger than ever 💗”
Standing by her boyfriend seems the way for her going forward. In the meantime, her manager, Gina Rodriguez affirmed her support for the couple. She said in the comments, “❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ love you guys.”

Unfortunately, it sounds like Alana is traveling down the same road as her mother. It seems like they’re attracted to sexual predators & if she’s not careful, she’s gonna end up pregnant. If this happens Josh & Pumpkin are to blame. Once they found out about his criminal history they should have done more to discouraged this relationship

No it’s not her following in ANYONE’S footsteps.. it’s her being young & exploring life, seeing what is out there. She found a young man that is supportive of her, caring, & DIDN’T judge her, Unlike yourself, & is seeing where a young relationship might go…. let me guess you were never ‘Young & In Love’, or having fun seeing where Something might lead to… if course not you were to busy following in SOMEONE ELSE’S FOOTSTEPS to be trying to explore your own life.
I applaud Alana for stepping out of the Shadows of EVERYONE else & seeing what is out-there for herself! You go girl! Ignore the ignorance about Race, Age, And STUPIDITY about you following your ‘mother’ or anyone else’s footsteps! You do you!
I feel that Alana is just that, A Young Woman. She is Not in ‘her Mother’s footsteps, Nor Pumpkins footsteps!’
Alana is in her own footsteps, meaning this young lady had been thru enough in her life & seen more than most of you will ever see before she had reached the age of ’18 or Adult’.
If she is making a mistake it is Hers to make not Yours, Mine or Theirs!, deal with it… As for this BS of Race, &slight age difference get out of the 1800’s! I realize it may not be Your, or Anyone else ‘Cup o Tea’ but it’s HER CHOICE! Welcome to America! Don’t like don’t like at it, quite simple really…. DON’T WANT TO SEE IT READ IT, WATCH IT.
