As per reports, he planned to move to another Kentucky-based rehab facility in February 2023. However, he is still in the Ohio facility, which some suggest might be putting strain on their marriage. An insider also revealed that Tammy is disappointed that she cannot be with her husband. However, she is also frustrated that Caleb isn’t working hard towards his goals.
