Quickly turning nasty, Real Housewives Of Atlanta alums Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak’s divorce has turned into a war. And each reality TV star offered clues to how hostile it will get in their legal paperwork. For instance, Kroy seeks sole physical and legal custody of their four children, reported TMZ.

As a result, rumors have soared that Biermann wants to block Kim from raising their children. But Kim’s divorce paperwork shows just as many red flags. Zolciak has sought sole physical custody. And she wants to allow Kroy only visitation rights.

Divorces where couples manage to stay amicable typically include joint physical and legal custody for their children. But thus far, Kim and Kroy appear to have declared war. And their financial situation also indicates trouble ahead.

Real Housewives Spoilers – Kroy Biermann Wants Kim Zolciak To Vacate Their Home

Earlier this year, Kim’s and Kroy’s house went into foreclosure. However, Kroy has sought to own that home. And he wants Kim to vacate the premises. But Biermann also tackled other financial matters. 

The estranged husband and wife owe more than $1 million in taxes. And in his divorce petition, Kroy demanded that Kim maintain financial paperwork ranging from expense records to income data. That demand hints at arguments over who caused their financial problems. But in another twist, an insider told Page Six that Zolciak actually plotted for months to divorce Biermann. However, she delayed too long in submitting her paperwork. 

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 44, started considering splitting some time ago. But she held off on confiding in anyone. And meanwhile, Biermann, 37, filed his paperwork before Kim. As a result, the court confirmed that the former NFL star earned the listing as the petitioner, with Zolciak’s petition not processed. 

But the actual cause remains somewhat of a mystery. Because of their financial problems, some rumors point to money trouble as the reason. However, the insider denied that. “Financial issues cause burdens in people’s relationships, of course. That’s a common thing,” admitted the source. But money allegedly only represents one reason for Biermann’s and Zolciak’s split. And thus far, Kim has reportedly remained secretive about her real reasons for wanting the divorce.
