That is if he and Meghan Markle end up getting a divorce. A lot of people believe that the Duke of Sussex might end up in Africa just because he might not want to start his life over again in the UK. Here’s what you need to know.

The Duke of Sussex might feel like his only option would be to move to Africa in the future. That’s because he might not be as welcomed back in the UK, should anything happen to his marriage with Meghan Markle.

That, and he most likely won’t want to stay in California, despite the fact that his kids live there. That’s why there’s a lot of speculation that Harry might end up in Africa, even if the move will be a temporary one. It would certainly make sense seeing how Harry has always said that his heart belongs to the continent.

The young royal has said that Africa is the one place in the world that he feels “more like himself.” Back in 2019, and while speaking to ITV for their documentary, the Duke of Sussex hinted that Cape Town would be an amazing place for him to live in.

“The rest of our lives, especially our life’s work, will be predominantly focused on Africa, on conservation,” said the prince at the time. “There’s a lot of things to be done. There’s a lot of problems here, but there’s huge potential for solutions.”

Where Will Prince Harry Go To Next?

If that weren’t enough, Harry has also said in the past, “I wish I could spend more time in Africa. I have this intense sense of complete relaxation and normality here.”

Now, whether or not Harry does end up in Africa remains to be seen, but for now reports suggest that things aren’t looking very good for him and Meghan behind the scenes. There have been many different reports suggesting that the couple have been spending more time apart than together.
