The Golden Bachelor Spoilers – Gerry Turner Opens Up

Gerry is 71 years old and lives in Indiana. He has adult children and loves spending time with his grandchildren. He loves his retired life on the lake and is ready to find someone to share it with.

He told fans, “I’m really curious to see what is going to happen on the first night.” The age range that he told producers that he would consider dating is from 60 to 70 years old. ABC described the show as, “a hopeless romantic is given a second chance at love in the search for a partner with whom to share the sunset years of life.”

Gerry was married to his wife for 43 years. They were high school sweethearts, so when she suddenly died in 2017, his heart was broken. He has had a lot of support from his children to be on the show and that was one of the reasons that he signed up for the show.

He added, “I was feeling kind of down on my luck, and I saw the ad, and I mentioned it to my daughters. They’re big fans of the show, and they kind of got me watching the show. I filled out the online interview and heard shortly after, within the next several days.”

The Golden Bachelor Spoilers – Will He Find Love?

With so much on the line, there are a lot of questions about if Gerry will find love with the women on the show. His family is incredibly supportive of his journey and they really hope that he finds the love of his life to share the rest of his life with.

He was skeptical at first, but he is hopeful that things will fall into place for him. He does hope to find the woman that he can marry again and live out the rest of his days.
