General Hospital Spoilers: Will Marty’s Silence Come Back To Bite Him After Lucy’s Day In Court?

General Hospital spoilers report Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) revealed to Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) that she met Jackson ‘Jack’ Montgomery (Walt Willey) in Pine Valley — and nearly got herself arrested rifling through his client files to unearth dirt on Marty’spersonal affairs.

Long story short, Marty knows Lucy was inching close to figuring out who he was married to last, and yet he kept his lips sealed about any additional details outside of what she revealed she already knew.

He did this knowing she would be blown away in court when it comes to light who is suing her. Marty already has a very good idea of who that person is. Will he really let Lucy be blindsided this way?

We have seen Marty recoil with trepidation several times now when Lucy has mentioned how she came up with the concept for The Deceptor.

Always giving credit where credit is due — for once — Lucy never fails to mention that Marty had a hand in the tool’s inception, though he wishes she would.

Painting it as though he doesn’t want to distract from her moment in the limelight, Marty has been quick to dodge her praise. He doesn’t even want to be labeled as her inspiration, and we’re about to find out why.

When Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) revealed herself as Jack’s client, heads certainly rolled, but does this really mean she is the original creator of the concept of The Deceptor?

Not so fast, GH fans; it’s still possible that person will come out of hiding later.

GH Spoilers – Spill It Could Still Be Erica Kane

The lot of GH fans mulling this one over have nearly assumed Erica Kane (Susan Lucci) must be the infamous third ex-wife in Marty’s past, but rumor has it there is no concrete evidence just yet.

Sure, it makes sense. Erica is the most well-known cosmetics mogul of the ABC soap triple-threat. Still, it could be someone else Marty was involved with.

The real problem isn’t who is suing Lucy and the Deception gals, but why. Moreover, Lucy’s need will be that Marty has to know what’s about to happen, and he’s still crossing his fingers hoping she’s not able to connect the dots.

General Hospital Spoilers — What Does The Future Hold?

Rumor has it Lucy will leave Marty in the dust when she realizes he had to have known what she was headed into all along since she was served.

This will explain why he didn’t jump into action to help her. It’ll also serve to explain some other hinges he’s been fairly secret about.

Still, if Marty turns around and forks over the alimony payments he has secured for the rest of time — all in favor of a grand gesture to marry Lucy — she just might take him back.
