‘Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives’ Season 2 Promises More Secrets And Lies

In the surface, we have women dedicated to their faith, making a splash on TikTok as influencers and eager to protect one another to the ends of the earth. Underneath the surface, creepy truths start to stir and secrets threaten to tear them apart.

In the teaser for season 2 of the ‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,’ we are promised all this and more as the addition of a new cast member threatens to undo all the work these women have spent years building.

“MomTok” To Be Put To Test In Season 2 of ‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’

In the teaser for the second season of the Hulu reality TV show, the dynamic of the show is rocked by the addition of a new costar going by the name of Miranda.

“Where is everyone at in #MomTok?” we hear influencer Mayci Neeley ask in the March 10 teaser, before happily announcing, “#MomTok survived!”

In case you’re not caught up with the drama that enveloped season one of the show, Mayci was referring to the sex swinging scandal that nearly tore apart the small group of Utah-based social media stars.

When Taylor Frankie Paul’s extra-marital escapades made international headlines, the women struggled to hold together more than their fairh and relationships, since their reputation was also on the line.

In the whirlwind of all this, one #MomTok star, Whitney Leavitt, found herself on the outs last season after she was labeled a mean girl by her former friends.

“They’re holding grudges because…” Whitney started conjecturing in the preview before adding, “I don’t even know why.”

While the dust of the sex swinging scandal has nearly almost cleared, the addition of one Miranda could muddy the waters once more.

In the clip, we hear one cast member ask, “Is that Miranda?” with another gasping, “Wait, that’s the girl that was swinging with Taylor!”

An Instagram screenshot seems to confirm this as we stare on at Miranda McWhorter, who you too may recognize as one of Taylor’s old friends.

The relationship soured when Taylor exposed her friend group’s partner-swapping back in 2022. (Miranda has denied any involvement with the sex swinging scandal).

However, her addition to the show comes with the promise that this new season will dive deeper into the “secrets, lies and allegations.” Hulu’s description further reads, “In a battle for the soul of #MomTok, will betrayal shatter the sisterhood, or will the truth set them free?”
