Laura And Justine Discussed Jordan’s Wreck
Laura inquired about the status of the investigation into Jordan’s car accident.
Justine informed her that she was trying to obtain a warrant for a possible suspect’s vehicle.
Laura revealed that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) had mentioned he suspected Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) was involved.
Justine noted that Isaiah hadn’t been considered a suspect until Curtis brought him up, but the paint on the guardrail matched the type of car Isaiah drives.
Additionally, his location that night was unknown; however, Justine believed that getting the warrant could be difficult.

Laura And Justine Discussed Their Personal Stakes In The Case
Both women recognized their personal stakes in the case due to their friendships with Curtis and Jordan, and Laura expressed concern that Curtis’s feelings for Isaiah might be affecting his judgment.
Laura confessed that she hoped Dr. Gannon wasn’t guilty since he had saved Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) life and was a close friend of Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson).
Justine questioned if Laura wanted her to dismiss the possibility of Isaiah’s involvement.
Laura reassured her that she believed Isaiah should face consequences if he was at fault, but she was just hoping for his innocence and that they could identify the actual driver of that car.
Then, Justine received a text from an unknown number, requesting her to meet at the studio apartment.

Jordan Was Released From The Hospital
Jordan cleaned out her room before leaving the hospital, and Curtis was surprised to find out that Brick (Stephen A. Smith) had come to see her the night before and brought flowers.
Jordan laughed it off, claiming the other man was harmless and they were just friends.
Liz entered to discuss Jordan’s wound care routine.
After they got home, Jordan complained about how much her life had changed because she had looked away from the road for just a moment.
Curtis reminded her that the other driver was also partly to blame since they hadn’t stopped, and Jordan wished they knew who the other driver was; Curtis said he thought he knew.

Elizabeth Agreed To Go With Ric For The Weekend
Elizabeth accepted Ric’s offer for a romantic weekend getaway, then visited Laura’s office to ask her to check on Aiden Spencer (Colin Cassidy) while she and Ric were away.
Laura agreed but voiced her worries that rekindling her romance with Ric might not be a good idea, especially since he was now working with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Elizabeth reassured her that Ric no longer felt anger towards his brother and was finding a new sense of peace.
Liz smiled, saying that this change in Ric was why she was looking forward to what came next in their relationship.

Ethan Left A Voicemail For Delilah
At the pier, Ethan left a voicemail for his partner: Delilah, the late mother of baby Phoebe (uncredited infant)!
In his message, he expressed his worry about her not arriving at their meeting spot or replying to his earlier messages.
Sonny then showed up, and Ethan informed his boss about the heated discussion he had seen between Ric and Ava Jerome (Maura West) at the Metro Court Gardens.
He added that after Ric left, Ava went back to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) but Ethan was too far away to hear their conversation.
He suspected Ava had passed on a message from Ric to Sidwell that Ric didn’t want to deliver himself due to Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) presence.

Sonny Continued Grilling Ric
Noting that Ethan didn’t like Ric, Sonny questioned why he should trust Ethan’s view.
Ethan responded that Sonny wanting him to follow Ric showed that Sonny also questioned his brother’s loyalty, insisting it was obvious that Ric and Ava were plotting together.
Sonny cautioned Ethan not to act until he gave the word-after Ethan left, Sonny called Ric to meet him.
When Ric arrived, Sonny told him that Ethan had passed the test and wanted to ensure that the tension between them wouldn’t lead to issues.
He then asked Ric why he had left so abruptly the day before, and Ric stated he had gone to a meeting at the D.A.’s office for a client who wasn’t Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

Sonny Discussed Ric With Justine
Ric assured Sonny that he would never keep anything from him regarding his grandson, but Sonny didn’t seem convinced.
Later, Ric called Ava and inquired if she had spoken to “him,” then confirmed that he still wanted to proceed with their plan- but it needed to remain confidential.
When Justine arrived at the apartment above Charlie’s, Sonny inquired if Ric had met with anyone from the D.A.’s office the previous day.
After Justine checked with her office and confirmed that no one had met with Ric, Sonny shared that he’d spent years going after his family but had recently chosen to mend their relationship.
“Then I discovered he deceived me once more,” Sonny expressed, “And I’m just concerned that he intends to complete what he began years ago.”

Brook Lynn And Tracy Discussed Phoebe
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn informed Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) that she had heard from Curtis that the PCPD was getting close to a suspect in the car accident.
Tracy once again cautioned her granddaughter against turning herself in, and Brook Lynn agreed that she could never come forward if she and Chase were planning to adopt Phoebe.
Tracy offered to leverage her Quartermaine connections to support the adoption, but Brook Lynn was reluctant because she hadn’t yet talked to Chase about her wish.
Brook Lynn met Chase and Phoebe at the boathouse, and the couple decided they wanted to adopt their foster child.
Brook Lynn updated Chase on her discussion with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about the fight for Phoebe and expressed concern that her troubled past might cause issues during a background check.

Ethan Found Out Delilah Died
Chase promised to do everything they could- using her family ties and Congresswoman Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) help- to make Phoebe theirs.
Meanwhile, Tracy asked Ethan over; she tried to convince him not to work for Sonny, worried she might lose another loved one to him.
Ethan insisted he could take care of himself, and said he was back in Port Charles to meet his partner, who was still missing.
While Tracy dealt with a horse issue, Brook Lynn and Chase returned home; Brook Lynn introduced her husband and foster daughter to Ethan, and said the mother died.
As they explained how they became Phoebe’s foster parents, Ethan struggled to hide his feelings when Brook Lynn said the only detail they had about the birth mother was her name: Delilah Wilson.
