General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Monday, May 18, 2026. It shows Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) having a crisis.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) defends himself. Plus, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) issues a warning. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Curtis Ashford’s Defense

Let’s start off with Curtis, who just knocked Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) onto the floor.

As Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) bends down to tend to Isaiah, she fumes over what just happened.

The woman then turns her head to look at Curtis and ask him what is wrong with him. 

Isaiah might want to press charges against Curtis, especially with a kid on the way. However, Portia might try to do damage control.

I wonder if Curtis could convince Portia that Isaiah is guilty, making her question the man in her bed?

Laura Collins’ Warning

Over with Laura, she issues a warning about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

The mayor tells Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that Anna could be in far more trouble than they originally thought. 

Emma Scorpio-Drake’s Crisis

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, May 18 reveal that Emma makes a confession to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). The college student wonders if there is something really wrong with her.

Maybe Emma will confess she’s having a harder time dealing with Anna’s mental health situation than anyone realizes. 

Felicia’s face is full of empathy and later, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) supports Emma. So, it sounds like people will rally around her.

Over with Ava Jerome (Maura West), she suspects something is off.

The blonde grills Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

In a hushed tone, the art gallery owner calls out Nina regarding Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is still being kept hostage.

However, Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is more likely protecting her.

Joss was just about to get busted as she’s not as slick as she thinks. 

Nathan warns the hostage she’s not going anywhere.

However, Joss replies, “We’ll see.” However, we also know that Joss ends up making a grim discovery, so stay tuned!
