General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Corinthos Still In Love With Sasha Gilmore?

General Hospital: Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) General Hospital spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) may have a torch for his ex-girlfriend Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) whether he realizes it or not! He seemed to exhibit a rather over the top overreaction to seeing Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) in Sasha’s room in General Hospital!

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Called Michael Corinthos Figuring He Would Want To Know

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) called Michael to let him know what happened to Sasha, figuring he’d want to know; and he was absolutely right! Michael was extremely worried about her when he arrived at General Hospital, where his uncle Dr. Lucas Jones (Matt Trudeau) was present when Sasha was brought into the emergency room.

After Sasha was stabilized and the lab reports came back, Lucas had said that the substance that Sasha had overdosed on, which apparently gave her a heart attack, was chemically related to cocaine but may have either been made with a filler substance to boost the high, or possibly could have been a bad batch. Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) had told him when Sasha came in with the ambulance that he thought she had taken cocaine.

Brando had a drug problem back in the day and had done time for it; so he would know about drugs and overdoses! Michael was so visibly worried over Sasha that one has to wonder if he’s carrying a torch for her, whether he wants to admit it or not. It could be argued that he feels responsible for her going on drugs because of their bad breakup, which he mentioned and his emotion stems from guilt, however.

GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Overreacts When He Sees Cyrus  Renault In Sasha Gilmore’s Hospital Room

Michael overreacts in a sense when he sees Cyrus in Sasha’s hospital room, and it looks like he spotted him trying to turn off Sasha’s life support! Saving Sasha from Cyrus pulling the plug on her is one thing, but if he had not been restrained by Jason, he literally would have torn Cyrus’ head off with his bare hands! He was right in accusing Cyrus of being a dirty drug dealer and laying blame on him for Sasha’s precarious condition!

But he was angrier at Cyrus if it is possible than he was at Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) trying to get close to Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson) back before he knew Wiley was his own son and it was believed he was Willow’s baby! Viewers will recall Michael flying at Shiloh in a fury and tackling him! Michael’s fury was much more against Cyrus than it was even against Shiloh that time, it showed in his face!

Then Michael chose to stay and watch over Sasha when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) sent him back into her room while he and Jason dealt with Cyrus. Then Michael called Willow to let her know what happened to Sasha, as she was talking to Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) who was at Charlie’s Pub drinking. Then they two left together to rush to GH to see about Sasha!

So, what do you think? Does Michael have a torch for Sasha, or is it just his guilt and blaming himself for her slipping down the slippery slope of drug addiction fueling his rage towards Cyrus and worry over Sasha?       I have never really cared for Sasha. I’m sorry but I don’t think she is a very good actress. No chemistry with Michael. Please let Willow stay with Michael.

      In my opinion, there is no chemistry between Michael/Willow. Didn't care for the Sasha/Michael pairing either.

      Chase wasn't a jerk initially. In recent months he has been written that way. In fact Michael has come across as kind of jerky also in my opinion

      I think Michael and willow should stay together. Maybe Sasha could be Brando’s girlfriend, I think chase is a jerk.
