Meanwhile, Tracy McDonald (Kate Ford) is going through the same thing with Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson). When Nick and Tracy seem to be “missing” from Oliver Battersby’s (Jeremiah and Emmanual Cheetham) funeral, could they be together?

Corrie spoilers reveal that Nick (Ben Price) tried to be there for Leanne during Oliver’s health crisis. However, it came around the same time that he learned that he had a son by former flame Natasha Blakeman (Rachel Leskovac). For a while, he kept his son a secret despite Gail Rodwell (Helen Worth) pushing him to tell the truth. Eventually, Leanne learned about Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan).

Nick was already starting to feel pushed away by Leanne. Then, she decided to take the hospital to court to prevent them from turning off Oliver’s life support. When Nick wasn’t totally on board with that, she cut him out completely.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Tracy McDonald Shut Out

Things were a bit different for Steve (Simon Gregson) and Tracy (Kate Ford) was mostly kept in the loop. But she put her foot down when it came to Steve selling the businesses to pay for the legal fees. Tracy would not allow it because she knew that it was a lost cause. Now, the two women haven’t exactly always gotten along, but this made things much worse. Leanne felt that anyone who didn’t support her wanted Oliver to die, which wasn’t the case at all.

During the hearing, both Nick and Tracy showed up to offer their support. Nick was banned and Steve told Tracy, “I got this.” She was really hurt by that and ever since, they have been drifting apart.

Coronation Street spoilers from Express reveal that the funeral director (Tony Maudsley) will help plan Oliver’s service. Leanne is trying to get everything just perfect, making Nick feel even more pushed away. He is later joined by Tracy and fills her in on what’s going on. She goes home and tells Steve that he should be helping Leanne with the arrangements since Oliver was his son. However, he simply goes back to bed.

Then, Leanne surprised Nick by saying he’s welcome to attend the funeral. However, they will deal with their separation after the service.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Affair Bombshell Ahead?

Leanne goes looking for Steve, who seems to have disappeared. She is told that there is no way that Steve would skip his son’s funeral. He’s actually at the old room where Oliver died but finds that another ill child is now in that room. It is suggested that with Nick and Tracy both being avoided and pushed away by their partners, the two could get comfort from each other.
