Coronation Street Spoilers: Alya Nazir Rekindles Romance With Ryan Connor

Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Alya Nazir will soon spark love with someone from the past amidst her stabbing trauma.

In the previous episode of the longest-running soap, Alya (Sair Khan) was involved in a stabbing incident after she protected Maria (Samia Longchambon). It all started when one of the cobbles’ villains, Blake, was against the drop-in session. Just outside the Speed Daal, the man made a video of himself uttering some racist comments attacking Maria as well as the session.

On the other hand, Max (Paddy Bever) saw the video clip and immediately ran to the restaurant to warn everyone, but Gary didn’t let him in due to some troubles he caused in Weatherfield. Meanwhile, Blake walked inside the Speed Daal with a sharp blade knife. When the man was about to attack the councilor, Alya jumped in front of her and got stabbed in the stomach.

In the upcoming scenes of “Coronation Street,” Alya and Ryan seem to visit their past as she continues to deal with her stabbing trauma. The two have been involved in a romantic relationship but decided to call it quits last 2021. However, in the next part of the soap, the avid viewers will see them again and witness the sparking of their romance.

As the scene begins, Alya waves goodbye to Zeedan (Qasim Akhtar) as the latter makes his way to London. Meanwhile, she meets Jayden, a client at the solicitor’s company, who once dealt with legal cases due to stabbing accusations. As a result, the Speed Daal co-owner flashes back to all the terrifying scenarios during the drop-in session. She then madly states her traumatic experiences to Jayden.

After Adam (Sam Robertson) and Dee-Dee (Channique Sterling-Brown) intervene in the intense conversation, Ryan comes to Alya and listens to her traumatic story. As she starts to open up her heart to him, Ryan moves closer to her and gives Alya a loving embrace. Meanwhile, the estranged lovers share a passionate kiss.

Will this be another romantic story in the cobbles? Will Ryan be the key for Alya to finally move on from her traumatic stabbing incident?

Coronation Street Spoilers – Sair Khan Opens Up About Her Onscreen Relationship

Speaking with Digital Spy, Sair Khan expressed her thoughts about her onscreen romance with Ryan Connor. “On the face of it, they’re not well-suited at all, he’s a bit of a joker, sort of a lost puppy, but I think, that compliments Alya really well,” she uttered.

Moreover, the actress believed that Ryan’s character would bring out the “playful” side of her. “She’s had to be so tough for so long, she’s struggled to see the lighter side of life, so I think they are a good pairing,” Khan stated.
