Coronation Street’s Adam Barlow Makes Ex-Wife Sarah Jealous

Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Adam Barlow tried to make his ex-wife jealous following their painful breakup.

In the previous episode of the longest-running soap, Adam decided to end his marriage with Sarah the moment he knew that Damon Hay was the real father of her late baby.

It all started when he prepared a surprise gender reveal party for the matriarch. Little did she know, it was sabotage of revealing who the real father was.

Following the painful bombshell, Adam expressed his madness towards his estranged wife.

Though Sarah convinced Adam to settle things, the man rejected the idea and decided to stay out of their home. The next morning, Dee-Dee approached the man and told him about her spare room in her apartment which he gladly accepted.

Meanwhile, Sarah arrived at the office and tried to encourage her ex-husband to talk about the matter. As Adam continued to ignore the woman’s plea, Sarah cried her heart out when she experienced severe pain in her stomach.

She lost her baby and she has to undergo an operation. On the other hand, Adam felt guilty and responsible for Sarah’s miscarriage as the latter was filled with a lot of stress lately.

However, even if Sarah endured so much pain, Adam decided to call it quits and revealed his divorce plans. Meanwhile, Ken Barlow and Gail Platt created a commotion when they exchanged harsh words about the former couple.

“Did you never teach him the meaning of ‘sensitivity?’” the matriarch uttered. In response, the grandfather asked: “I could ask you the same thing. Sarah and the word ‘fidelity?’”

In the recent scenes of “Coronation Street,” Adam found comfort in alcoholic beverages after his split with Sarah. He spent his time in the town as he tried to escape all his misfortunes in the meantime.

On the following day, he told Daniel Osbourne about his night, including the time he slept with another woman. Sarah heard their conversation and tried to mask her painful feeling thinking that her ex-husband has moved on so quickly.

Meanwhile, Adam came clean to Daniel saying that he didn’t sleep with another woman and that he was just trying to make Sarah jealous.

The professor encouraged Adam to tell his ex-wife the truth which he considered doing so. Though she listened to the man’s story, Sarah told him that he doesn’t have to explain anything as they are already getting divorced.
