TV Fans Review Kim Kardashian In American Horror Story With Creative Horror!

Kim Kardashian recently made her debut in American Horror Story. And fans headed to social media to voice their views in some impressively creative and horrific ways.

Kim Kardashian ‘Objectively Terrible’

Oops. The American Horror Story reviews for Kim Kardashian have arrived. And after viewing the reality TV star in FX’s premiere of American Horror Story: Delicate, some fans wished that Kardashian had stayed in her reality TV lane. However, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) star marked her first try at scripted TV in the hit series, noted the Post.

And while Ryan Murphy, who created American Horror Story, boasted about Kim, social media moaned. For instance, one wrote, “Kim sucks at acting. Why is she on this? Ruined it for me.”

And another shared. “I feel like I gave the new season of #AHS a valiant, open-minded watch. But I can’t.” And the disappointed TV viewer summed up Kim as “an objectively terrible actress.”

AHS Fans Ask ‘Why Is Kim K Here?”

And some American Horror Story fans couldn’t even figure out Kardashian’s role. For example, one social media critic confessed, “Guys I’m so ducking confused. What is the new plot of AHS. Why is Kim Kardashian here???”

As to the answer to that question, the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, chose Kim for the role of a publicist named Siobhan Corbyn. And Murphy gushed about Kardashian. Kim starred with Emma Roberts as well to try to make “Horror Story” history. 

“Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world,” proclaimed Murphy. “And we are thrilled to welcome her to the ‘AHS’ family. Emma and I are excited,” he added. And the AHS creator described the reality TV star as “true force in the culture.”

Ryan Murphy Calls Kim’s Role ‘Ambitious’

The new season of AHS takes its plot from the novel “Delicate Condition” by Danielle Valentine. And Murphy praised his scriptwriters as creating a “fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role.” However, Ryan continued to single out the reality TV star. And he claimed that the role favored Kim.

As a result, the American Horror Story creator, also known for shows like Glee and Nip/Tuck, claimed that episodes this season seem “ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.” And for Kim, the term ambitious seems to particularly apply.

However, prior to her attempt to shine in American Horror Story, the star of The Kardashians appeared in 2008 in the satire movie Disaster Movie. And Kim also snagged a role in the 2013 drama “Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor.” A cameo in 2018’s celebrity-packed Ocean’s Eight film added to Kim’s resume. And the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star even once hosted Saturday Night Live in 2021.
