Coronation Street Spoilers: Alya Confronts Zeedan For Being Absent During Geoff Horror

Coronation Street spoilers have revealed that the Nazir siblings will have a row over Zeedan’s absence during evil Geoff’s reign.

Corrie fans can still remember how traumatizing it was for Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) to live under the same roof with her abusive husband Geoff Metcalfe (played by Ian Bartholomew) with her grandchild Alya (Sair Khan) as her only help in those dark times.

It was a mystery where Alya’s older brother Zeedan (Qasim Akhtar) was when his family needed him the most, especially when his grandma Yasmeen was jailed and faced court trial.

Corrie viewers will find out what truly happened to Zeedan while he was away as Alya questions him about his lack of support in the upcoming episodes when he interferes with Alya’s broken relationship with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott).

Coronation Street Spoilers – This Week Spoilers

This week, Zeedan returns to Street to celebrate Yasmeen’s birthday and his comeback comes in handy as Alya falls into the trap of the scammers and clears out the money in Speed Daal’s bank account.

Zeedan comes to rescue and offers Alya a loan of £50k, leaving her sister suspicious of his newfound wealth. With no other options available, Alya accepts his offer.

Just when the siblings get along, their relationship soon crashes when Zeedan attacks his sister’s ex-boyfriend, Ryan for mistreating Alya and cheating with villain Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan).

Obviously, Alya isn’t impressed with his unwelcomed interference and turns furious for showing concern when he was nowhere to be found when they were desperate for help during Geoff’s evil reign.

Alya then changes her mind about his offer for help and refuses to accept his money. How will Zeedan make up for the lost time? And how will Alya solve her financial problem with Speed Daal?

Coronation Street Spoilers – Star Qasim Akhtar Confirms Zeedan Realizes The Weight Of His Absence

In a recent interview with the press, actor Qasim Akhtar has explained where Zeedan stands with his issue with his family for being absent during their dreadful moments.

Qasim Akhtar confirmed his character, Zeedan knows everything that has gone on but is blinded about the severity of the situation especially when it comes to Yasmeen.

“He has been very much caught up in his own life, trying to make a success of his life and his business,” he told Digital Spy.

Zeedan will soon realize how bad it has been for his family, as Alya slaps the truth to his face.
