Coronation Street Spoilers – Audrey Roberts Makes Shocking Revelation
In a recent episode, Audrey confided in her friends about her suicidal attempts. She shared her heartbreaking secret with Ken (William Roache), Rita (Barbara Knox), and Roy (David Neilson).
The afternoon starts with Audrey, Ken, Rita, and Roy enjoying their tea at a hotel. They saw Claudia Colby (Rula Lenska) and Charles (Lloyd Mullaney) arrive at the hotel. Later on, the couple argues and breaks up. Charles storms out of the hotel and leaves Claudia alone.
She decides to join the group of four friends at their table. Not long after, they recall that Claudia celebrated her birthday and they began to share secrets and Rita takes the first turn.
Rita shares that she and Ken had a fling a few years ago. As for Roy, he reveals that he was arrested for lewd behavior in the past, which he explains as a misunderstanding.
Audrey then makes the shocking revelation that she tried to kill herself, leaving her friends stunned and silent. Then the waiter brought the birthday cake and sang a happy birthday, with the other hotel guests clapping their hands.
Her friend started to ask questions even after Audrey apologized and assured them that she has already gotten past that. She shared what happened and her friends also said sorry for not being there to help her.
