Corrie spoilers reveal that Sean has been trying to bond with Dylan. He really enjoys having his son around, but he doesn’t have a lot of money. He also doesn’t have the same interests as Dylan, making bonding more difficult. It makes Sean feel like he can never measure up and he doesn’t want to keep feeling this awkward distance from his child.

We saw last week that Sean (Antony Cotton) learned that Dylan had a girlfriend and was recently dumped for another guy. He did have some success when trying to boost up Dylan’s spirits. Next, Dylan wants to go to a County match. Sean asks James Bailey (Nathan Graham) for a favor, to which he agrees. Dylan is really excited but tells Sean that he knows he doesn’t have much money. This breaks Sean’s heart and embarrasses him. So, he tries to impress Dylan with his football knowledge.

Fighting For More Time With Son

Coronation Street spoilers from Metro reveal that Sean is determined to prove himself to Dylan. Metro speculates that at some point, Sean could decide that he wants more time with his son. Even though Violet previously said Sean could see his child whenever he wanted, sometimes people change their minds. Could it end up becoming a custody battle?

Will Violet Wilson Return?

Violet was originally brought on the soap in 2004 to play the first lesbian character. However, that changed due to her chemistry with Sean. Actress Jenny Platt left the soap in 2008, but there is a chance that she could come back. If she does, will Violet be fighting Sean to keep the arrangement the same? If Sean and Violet end up back on-screen together, will there be an intense war over Dylan?
