He suggests that Nicky could change her life with that money and find a different career path. If she quits being an escort and gets a “normal” job, then Daniel thinks that she will be acceptable to date. Plus, he won’t have to deal with everyone else’s disapproval.

Even though he genuinely enjoys spending time with Nicky, he is also embarrassed by the fact that she is a sex worker. However, will Nicky accept the offeror is Daniel asking her to change too much? We will have to keep watching the ITV soap opera to see how this storyline ends.
