Coronation Street Spoiler Insights

Corrie spoilers reveal that Rick’s (Greg Wood) death was nearly exposed on a few different occasions. At least once, Gary (Mikey North) moved the body so it wouldn’t be discovered. Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) found out and the only reason she didn’t tell police was because Gary saved her life. However, that all changed recently and she called in the tip. However, the body wasn’t there when authorities went to check it out. Gary was still questioned, but couldn’t be arrested with no proof of a murder.

Confrontations And Exposures

Gary has also been confronted by a lot of people lately. Adam Barlow (Samuel Robertson) has been breathing down his neck for quite some time. Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) kicked Gary out when she learned he could be a killer. Now we have Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) who is going to publicly expose him as her father’s killer.

Is Mikey North Leaving Soap?

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that it seems like Gary’s number is up and he could go to prison. So, naturally fans are wondering if actor Mikey North is leaving Corrie. He has been pretty vague when asked about it. However, producer Iain MacLeod has finally opened up about Gary’s future and it sounds like he’s sticking around, per Metro. “I really like morally complicated Gary – he is still capable of being heroic – his efforts to save Faye [Windass, Ellie Leach] is a great example. He is also capable of darker things – he has always had the fact he was a wrong ‘un in his DNA. I am in no hurry to see the back of him – much of the stuff he did was justifiable in some ways… In a court of law, Rick would be murder but had he not done it, he would have killed his family. He is not a Hillman – not a dead eyed out and out murderer. He tries to claw his way back up the morally slippery slope.”

Saving Faye Windass

Speaking of morally complicated, Gary is willing to take the fall for Faye, who was the person who really attacked Adam. She thought it was Ray Crosby (Mark Frost) and eventually confessed to Gary and Maria. She planned on turning herself in, but Gary wouldn’t let her do that. It has already been confirmed that Faye’s family will go to extremes to protect her from the police. It seems that Gary is going to be a huge part of that story. While he was questioned by police about Adam’s attack, Gary is pretty good at getting out of sticky legal situations.
